1)login to your you tube account
2)from top right hand side coner click on ikon and when you click on that ikon menu open
3)click on video manager
4)now click on channel setting from left hand side middle options

How to apply on  google adsen through blogger

simply go to www.blogger.com  then enter the login id and password and then click sign in button below the password 
now select the blog for which you want to add google adsen
select the earning tab from bloggers dashboard  after clicking new  adsen options view on the same window  blogger and google adsen
