How to generate  traffic to a new blog / website by pinging site and index pages in all search engines and generate authenticate traffic

When we start a new blog .our blog page is not properly index after submitting the sitemap on Google and did not index properly.  To overcome from this problem we use ping service. Actually pinging the blog or website is not mean that now you get a lot of traffic but actually by pinging a blog or website. you just give a startup to a new blog and  provide a proper path to a new blog and generate some quality traffic for some time but this type of traffic which was generated by ping a blog and  did not accepted by Google adsen and  if you regularly ping a blog and wants to get adsen so it’s impossible. Adsen required organic traffic from search engine not by pinging fake traffic.
So the conclusion is by ping a blog or website we are  just submitted our new blog to all major search engine
