1)signin to your youtube account
2)from upload video option a small arrow appears click on that arrow  .on clicking this button three menu appears click on dashboard option
3)now on dashboard you will see many of your uploaded videos and on left hand side you will see many options available
4)click on video manager option from left hand side
5)you will see many of your videos . select any video in which you want to apply music
6)after clicking on single of any video you will see your own video and also below that video you will see icon options select music option below from that video
7)on clicking on music option .In the right hand side music are available select music from that option and also see its time accourding to your video
