1)login to your you tube account
2)from top right hand side coner click on ikon and when you click on that ikon menu open
3)click on video manager
4)now click on channel setting from left hand side middle options
5)after clicking on that option new options open you will see on features section monetization option are available click on monetization ENABLE option
6)then new options available ACCOUNT STATUS click on ENABLE MY ACCOUNT option A POP UP menu appears click on checkbox terms and condition and click on I ACCEPT OPTION
