3)go to blogger and select the blog in which you want to add releate post widgetch
4)select layout option from leftside menu
5)now yow will see the layout of the blog
6)click on ADD A GADGET OPTION and  SELECT HTML/JAVASCRIPT and paste LINKWITHIN CODE
7)move that box below BLOG POST
8)click on SAVE ARRANGEMENT and view your blog
view any post and you will find three  related post  below that post
